Mere days ago, we stood together at the Cross of Christ’s Passion. Did you tremble at the depths of His love for you? Did you hear creation groan as He cried, “It is finished?” Did you feel the wind of his final breath exhaling His life so you could live?
Friends, we have now passed through the Red Sea of Christ’s Passion and the Lamb has overcome! Our sorrow has been turned into joy. To celebrate this resurrection life, I want to invite you to join me, along with Credo, the youth ministry of St. Mary, for a Divine Mercy Holy Hour in the presence of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament on Sunday, April 28, 2:30-3:30. This will be an hour of prayer, praise and worship, and a sung Divine Mercy Chaplet (at 3:00) followed by Confessions.
This is an ideal opportunity for both family adoration and extending an invitation to your Catholic and non-Catholic friends to experience the presence of Christ outside the Mass. Feel free to join us for part or all of it. I hope to see you there!
“And they sing the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb, saying “Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord
God the Almighty!”
