Are you interested in learning how to knit, sew or crochet? The guild will hold workshops this summer on July 10, 17, 24 and 31 and August 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Francis Duffy Hall.

Spotlight Ministry
Altar Sewing & Craft Guild
Our Altar Sewing and Craft Guild was formed in 1914 and is the oldest continuously serving ministry in our parish! The Altar Sewing and Craft Guild makes the linens for the altars. Every baptized baby in our Parish also gets a baptismal bib handmade by our guild. The guild also makes warm hats for newborns and preemies. The Altar Sewing and Craft Guild supports the parish and the school with the proceeds from their craft fairs! For more information, please contact Madelyn Curtis at madelyncurtis@verizon.net
Candlelight Ball Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed to sell raffle tickets at masses on the weekends.
This is a great opportunity for students in need of service hours to join their parents. Please sign up at the link below. An adult over 18 is required to be present.

James McNulty
James has been a CCD Teacher in our Religious Education Program for the last 9 years ans has also substituted at all levels but mostly teaches 7th and 8th grade. He has even taught both the afternoon and evening sessions for multiple years. James has also been a coach for our CYO basketball program for the last 9 years. He started the first year with 6 kids. We now have to use two teams for the over 20 total kids that we average each year. This year is James's second season as Rich Baier's assistant coach for varsity baseball at St. Catharine School. He also occasionally assists Tammy Sablom with the Ignite middle school youth group.

Our NEW middle school youth group, IGNITE, for 6th - 8th grade students meets every THURSDAY

Eucharistic Adoration
As Lent is upon us, and we consider Lenten sacrifices and good works, consider attending EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT.
St. Catharine- St. Margaret Parish is honored to have this powerful devotion in
St. Catharine Chapel every Wednesday from 8:30AM to 4:00PM
The Priest or Deacon removes the sacred host from the tabernacle and places it on the altar for adoration. During this time parishioners may come at any time (for any length of time) to pray or meditate in the presence of our Lord.
At 4PM, Adoration concludes and Benediction takes place and the Host is placed back into the tabernacle. Because we believe in the living presence of Jesus in the consecrated Host, the Blessed Sacrament should not be left unattended at any time. We ask that worshipers sign in while visiting the Blessed Sacrament so we are able to monitor the number of people in attendance and so that we know whether the Blessed Sacrament was left alone. Please feel free to use the booklets provided to guide your prayer and meditation if you need it
