Greetings!
Below is the schedule for this weekend. Eleven youth have signed up to help on Sunday - please engage them and make them feel welcome.
2-May Thursday - 4:00pm - season meat
4-May Saturday -Noon – clean pits and get fire started – put briskets on at 3:00pm
5-May Sunday 3:30am start fire
5:00am - Put on chickens
5:30am - Start slicing meat
6:00am - Tamborello/Null Breakfast
11:00am - Finish chickens and sausage
...cleanup and shuttle food to serving area
Cakes/Desserts are also needed for cake booth and the BBQ Dinner. These may be dropped off Saturday or Sunday.
