In our Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program, we meet with the children in an Atrium. Eucharist is central to the life of the Atrium at every level and our work with the children is centered on the Mass. Liturgy is where we live out our life with Christ most intensely. By putting the signs and symbols, the concrete articles of Mass, into the children's hands, we allow the children direct access to the liturgy. Is there an aspect of liturgy you would like to better understand? Let your child’s catechist know!
Thanks for stopping by our VBS Safari Jeep Photo Booth this Sunday!

We would love to start a parent and child group that meets one day a week for an hour or so during the school year in the fall. It will be a chance to be with other parishioners in a relaxed setting with your child(ren) and providing the children a chance to socialize. If you have any interest (or know someone that might) please take the Cathedral Playgroup Survey or contact Joy Weir at jweir@richmondcathedral.org
Save the date for our PREK-HS and families celebration of Pentecost on June 9 from 10:05 to 10:55am. Middle School youth will help lead the celebration and a yummy reception follows. See you there!
