Celebrating 40 Years! With the traditional May Crowning of Mary last Sunday, we just had a wonderful celebration of our Parish Feast Day at the end of our CCD Year 2018-2019. It was a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning and many of our CCD children and Youth participated actively. While singing “Immaculate Mary" and "Hail Mary", the children came one by one to place flowers at the feet of Mary. RELIGIOUS EDUCATION NEWS
- The CCD 2018-19 Year has ended. (See photos on Facebook)
- Registration for the new year will begin in July.
- The year will kick-off with Mass and Catechist Commissioning on Sept. 15.
- Classes will resume on Sept 22/23, 2019.
PLEASE do the following THIS WEEK:
1) Ensure your child has completed ONLINE Lessons. If not, make a plan to be done by the end of June, so he/she does not have to repeat the same grade next year. Questions? Contact Therese (dre@olhoc.org).
2) SACRAMENT CERTIFICATES, PHOTOS, BANNERS, etc. Even if you didn't order photos, each child was photographed receiving First Holy Communion!
This is a free gift from the parish! All Confirmation students receive a group photo. Please stop by the Parish Office and pick yours up after Sunday Masses this weekend!
3) VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - Sign up today (more information below)
