Thanks to those of you who continue to respond to our requests of the last several weeks to sign up for Adoration as a scheduled or substitute adorer.  We continue to make progress, but we set Pentecost Sunday as our deadline for seeing if the adoration schedule is full enough to continue Perpetual Adoration or if we will need to reduce the hours.  You can make the difference.

Of the 168 hours in the week, there are now only 5 open hours. We have enough volunteers to form teams to cover two of the overnight slots, so we only need 24 more people to sign up to cover one of the overnight slots once every 8 weeks to fill the 3 additional teams we need to have adorers scheduled for all hours.  We also need folks willing to be on the sub list for overnight hours.

We also still need more people to sign up as second adorers (especially in the early evening) and to sign up as subs.   We are only asking for a commitment from Pentecost Sunday this year (June 9) until Pentecost Sunday next year (May 31, 2020).

The open overnight hours are Tuesday at 2 am, Wednesday at midnight & 1 am, Thursday at 2 am and Friday at 1 am.  Please sign up at adoration schedule if you can fill a weekly hour or send us an email at adorationolf@gmail.com if you can fill one hour every 8 weeks as part of a team or can be an overnight sub.  We really need your help and are immensely grateful for it.

We would also like to increase the number of hours that have more than one adorer assigned.   Please look at the adoration schedule and see if there is an hour with only one adorer that you could add your name to.  You can sign up by hitting the “sign up” button and adding your name, sending us an email at adorationolf@gmail.com, or calling us at 720-515-1630.  You can sign up as a substitute adorer by clicking Substitute.
