This Sunday we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity...this revelation from Jesus Himself is one of the major tenets of our Faith that distinguishes Christianity from all other religions as we have come to know God personally as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
So as Catholics do we believe in 3 Gods or 3 Gods in One ~ Absolutely NOT!!!
We believe in 3 Divine Persons in One God ~ Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It's part of the infinite mystery that we as finite beings try to Comprehend: that the Father is God, the Son is God and the Holy Spirit is God. They are 3 Divine Persons in One God. The wonderful part of Baptism is that through this Sacrament be become a part of God's family which makes us children of God w/ rights and responsibilities!!!
This week contemplate what the Trinity means to you and how your are living this out...
In the love of our Triune God,
