Cathedral Children and Youth Know How to Party!
Children and Youth Formation gathered in the Parish Hall for the final program for the year. Both catechists and middle school students helped lead us in knowing and understanding more about Pentecost and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The middle school also performed a short skit. Each of us were invited to select a card with a gift of the Holy Spirit and put a candle in front of that gift. The Holy Spirit was with us on this very special celebration.

The smiling faces say it all. The Holy Spirit was with us on Pentecost Sunday as ten Cathedral youth were Confirmed. Nine additional parishes were present and 88 youth total were Confirmed!

Support the VBS school supply drive for our Haiti Parish School
We will do a parish-wide collection for school supplies starting July 6th for our Haiti Parish school. Our representatives will deliver the school supplies on their next trip. You don’t have to attend VBS to support this great cause! Look for our collection box in the back of the church and the Parish Hall and donate one or more of these items. Thank you for your support!

It is time to enroll your PREK-Rising 5th grader in VBS. This fun & FREE program has music, crafts, games, yummy snacks and Bible stories. Every year we have more kids join in on the fun! Register your child(ren) today! Registration forms are available on our website www.richmondcathedral.org or in the Parish Hall.
Mom’s and Dad’s of babies, toddlers and preschoolers…
We would love to start a parent and child group that meets one day a week for an hour or so during the school year in the fall. It will be a chance to be with other parishioners in a relaxed setting with your child(ren) and providing the children a chance to socialize.
