*Manna and Mercy—Reading the Bible with Fresh Eyes
--Whether you’ve read the Bible all the way through more times than you can count or struggle to make it past Genesis, we all need help reading and understanding the Bible.
--What are the major themes of the Bible? How do we read the passages that have caused harm in a way that brings life? How do all the stories fit together?
--For answers to these questions—plus the chance to color, draw, and doodle in church—join Pastor Andrew for Manna and Mercy: a brief history of God’s unfolding promise to mend the entire universe.
--We will meet for 6 weeks following Sunday worship, starting July 7. Perfect attendance is not required, but please tell Pastor Andrew if you’d like to come so he can order enough books!
--$10 donation to cover the cost of materials appreciated, but certainly not required.
Careful with the Peanuts! A local family has expressed interest in joining our congregation, and we need to provide a safe space for their little one with a peanut sensitivity! We can offer hospitality to Annie, Jake, and Roger Arndt by not taking food that contains peanuts into the sanctuary, keeping peanuts away from the marked table during Coffee Fellowship, and not touching Baby Roger if you’re recently eaten or touched peanut products! The Arndts thank you for keeping Roger safe at church!
