EITC Success!
This week PA lawmakers supported an increase in funding for the Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC). The final budget calls for a $25 million increase, which may directly help needy families in our parish to send their children to St. Jude school!
This increase may enable higher student enrollment, which could reduce the parish subsidy to the school. A reduced school subsidy could result in a stronger parish financial position while simultaneously providing Catholic education to more children.

Kudos to our St. Jude Teens!
This week over 50 youth and 10 chaperones recently returned from a week of service at Catholic Heart Work Camp.
Our St. Jude youth performed a variety of service projects, including repair work, grounds work, spending time with elderly residents, and supervising kids at summer camp.
