Greetings!
We will be serving pork roast dinners after the 8:00 and 10:30 Masses this weekend to support the Capital Campaign.
If you are able to help out, please arrive at the Social hall between 7:30 & 8:00 am Sunday. We will need help for set up, food prep, serving, and clean up.
Attached are a spreadsheet of folks who signed up for various tasks and a recipe for cooking the meat.(meat may be pork butt/shoulder or full pork loin - not "tender loin")
I tested the pork loin recipe today and the results were approved by by R & C Holub.
