After the 9AM Mass there is usually a crowd of 50-150 parishioners enjoying a cup of coffee, fruit juice, a doughnut and conversation, courtesy of our Knights of Columbus. Fun for all ages, seniors to toddlers. Adults standing around making or renewing friendships as the children dart around playing but bothering no one. A very pleasant extension of the 9AM Mass or preparation for the next one at 11:30AM.
Watch the bulletin for schedule and then join us. You will be glad you did.
And there are the Sunday morning pancake breakfasts, also put on by our Knights of Columbus. Good food and fellowship for all ages. The proceeds help fund their ministries. The pictures below are from a recent breakfast. Look for the next one. You'll enjoy it.
Our Knights of Columbus; collecting, cooking, serving and cleaning up!
In the photo above are some of the 15 parishioners that participated in the Sunday morning Offertory Processions on World Mission Sunday, representing the 36 heritages that comprise our community - visible sign of Christ's desire "that they all may be one as You and I Father are one".
We are a sending and receiving missionary community that has many local outreaches. We also support needy Guatemala girls through the Children of God ministry and welcome refugees through the Refugee Resettlement Ministry. We know that We are All One Family!
