Bible Study Information
This summer we will have Word Wide Open, our bible study program, on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
We'll be working out of a guide titled
Scriptural Apologetics by Focus Ministries. The cost of the student guide book is $2.99, please have a copy when you come to Word Wide Open.
This new study focuses more on scripture compared to our last apologetics study. The objective is for teens to become familiar with scripture and see first hand where in scripture you can find Church teaching.

Soccer Saturdays
There will be no Soccer this Saturday, July 13th! I will be away with the teens at Steubenville Atlanta.
Soccer Saturday has had no attendance as of yet, so I was curious if there would be more interest if we had a volunteer who could play on Sundays? Unfortunately, I will be unable to do soccer on Sundays and, thus, changed it to Saturdays for the summer.

Over the summer, youth ministry will be hosting Saturday night social events for both Edge and Life Teen. The Saturday dates are as follows:
Saturday, July 20
6:30 - 9:00 PM, Movie Night in the PLC

- Rating: PG
- 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, Board Games Night in the PLC
Life Teen Off-Campus Trips
Please note, your teen will be responsible for transportation to these events, i.e., carpool with another teen, etc. They are also responsible for paying their way for the activities and any food they may want to purchase.

Youth Ministry Fall Kick Off
August 10th is our fall kick off! Special guest, Lee Roessler will lead us in worship and adoration. Come expecting an encounter with Jesus and the Holy Spirit!
We'll have glow in the dark items for when the lights go dim. If there is enough energy, we'll break out the glow in the dark beach ball for the youth worship mosh pit!
We want to pack the PLC, so make sure to invite your friends! Concert admission is free!
