WOW!!! What an amazing response, approximately 30 people have already joined Service Saturdays.

This Saturday (27 July 2019) we will be serving the Horváth family by helping them to move into their new house and maybe getting their new yard looking fresh. Some of you have already responded in the initial invitation message, I will ask you to respond to this survey as well.

What: Helping to move the Horváth family to their new home
When: Meet at Saint Raphael @ 0830 on Saturday, 27 July, from there we'll move to their current apartment to load up.
Where: Saint Raphael Parking Lot
Why: To do God's work while serving others

You are not required to stay all day, we will have a vehicle to come back for those who may need to leave early.

A schedule for service opportunities will be posted in the new parish website as we continue to grow this group. We are already in discussions with CPO and Oak City Cares for volunteer opportunities. Also, we will build a form for suggestions of volunteer opportunities from the group, and it will be available at the Service Saturdays page and this Flocknote group.

Este sábado (27 de julio de 2019) estaremos sirviendo a la familia Horváth ayudándoles a mudarse a su nueva casa y tal vez a que su nuevo patio se vea fresco. Algunos de ustedes ya han respondido en el mensaje de invitación inicial, les pediré que también respondan a esta encuesta.

Cuándo: Nos reunimos en Saint Raphael @ 0830 el sábado, 27 de julio, desde allí nos mudaremos a su departamento actual para cargar.

Por qué: hacer el trabajo de Dios mientras se sirve a los demás.

No se requiere que se quede todo el día, tendremos un vehículo para regresar para aquellos que necesiten irse temprano.

Un calendario de oportunidades de servicio se publicará en el nuevo sitio web de la parroquia a medida que continuemos creciendo este grupo. Ya estamos en conversaciones con CPO y Oak City Cares para oportunidades de voluntariado. Además, crearemos un formulario para sugerencias de oportunidades de voluntariado del grupo, y estará disponible en la página de los sábados de servicio y este grupo de Flocknote.
