Hello, Holy Cross Families!
Holy Cross will provide before and after school care to our families in order to ensure a healthy, safe and educational environment for students when parents are working.
Before school care is offered in our building on school days from 6:30 a.m. until the start of our school day for all Grades.
After school care is offered in our building on school days from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. for our Kindergarten through Grade 8 students and from 2:45 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. for our full-day Preschool students. Care is provided on either a scheduled or as-needed basis.
Before and After School Scheduled Care is pre-charged through your TADS account. Scheduled Care agreements are due by the 15th of the month for the following month. For Example September's Scheduled Care agreement is due by August 15th.
Call Ahead for Drop In CareIf you need to drop in for either before school or after school care, please know you need to call the school office to let us know to plan on serving your children. For drop in care before school, please call the office by 3:30 PM the day before you need care. For drop in care after school, please call the office by noon the day that you need care.
The Program salaries, supplies, and administrative expenses are supported entirely by fees. Fees are as follows:
- Scheduled Before School Session: $12
- Scheduled After School Session: $17
- Annual Registration Fee $20 per family
- Late Charge for Scheduled Agreement Fee $10
- Drop-In for am or pm Sessions add $3 per session per child
All students must be pre-registered in advance for care as we staff our room based upon the number of children attending.
September's Before and After School Care Scheduled Agreement is due by August 15. Agreements turned in August 16th through August 31st will be assessed a $10 late fee. Agreements turned in after August 31st will be charged at the drop in rate payable the day of service.

- Any days not scheduled on the Scheduled Care Agreement will be billed at the drop in rate and must be paid the day of service.
