Blessing of the Animals Bring your animal companions to a service on Oct 6 at 1pm at Good Shepherd Episcopal,101 N Walnut St in Allegan, as we give thanks to God for all the gifts of creation.
Fall Adult Sunday School Join us for a six-week study of the book The Call: The Life and Message of the Apostle Paul by Adam Hamilton. The first meeting will be on Sunday, October 6 at 9:30 in the HUM Hall and will run through Sunday, November 10. See Bert Tew for a book.
Basement Inventory Party Help us take stock and clean out the Hopkins church basement! Organizing from 9 to 12 noon with lunch to follow. Able to help? Please let Mitzi know by Oct 13.
Introduction to Stephen Ministry Do you feel called to support people in the midst of grief and pain? Would you like to help in difficult situations but don’t know now? On Saturday October 19 from 9-1, there will be an Introduction to Stephen Ministry workshop at Orchard Hill Reformed Church in Grand Rapids. More information on bulletin board in HUM Hall; scholarships available.
