Begins Thursday at 10:30 AM Come join Sr. Roberta Smith, OSF as we read and discuss the spiritual insights offered by one of our generation’s great spiritual teachers: Sister Joan Chittister! In her book, “The Gift of Years,” we will explore “meditations not just on ‘growing older gracefully’ but the ultimate meaning of life itself.” Together, we can share our thoughts and/or life experiences over a cup of coffee!

Morning Out! – Learn and Play Starts Tuesday at 10 AM
Interested in Joining the Morning Out! Team?
Attention parents, grandparents and caregivers of infants, toddlers and pre-school children: Morning Out! is a parenting education program that is beneficial for you and your child!
While your child is engaged in supervised play, adults discuss behavior, social, and discipline topics.
All sessions are on Tuesday mornings from 10-11:30 AM in the Lower Level of Father Fata Hall.
Our dates for the fall series are Oct. 8, 22, 29, Nov. 12, 19, and Dec. 3.
Registration is a must!

New Ministry Meets Oct. 17 at 7:30 PM
The Parish of the Immaculate Conception and Assumption of Our Lady invites all men 18 and over to join our new Pope Saint John Paul II Men’s Group. This ministry will provide a forum for men who desire to increase their knowledge and love of God and the Catholic faith.
Our goal is to form a vibrant fellowship for education, mutual support, encouragement and growth, and to engage in informal, round-table discussions about the challenges encountered in applying our rich and beautiful Catholic faith in the secular culture in which we live.
We will discuss sacred scripture, Church history and teachings, the lives of the saints, and so much more. We will see where the Holy Spirit leads us.
We plan to meet on two Thursday evenings each month. Our first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 17 at 7:30 P.M. in the Immaculate Conception Lower Church. All men of our parish are welcome.
