18th Annual Lebanese Cultural Festival: St. Joseph's Maronite Catholic Church would like to invite you, your family and friends to The 18th Annual American Lebanese Festival, which will take place at St. Joseph Maronite Catholic Church on November 1-3, 2019.
For the last 18 years, our festival has allowed Phoenix residents and visitors the opportunity to experience the Middle Eastern culture. In addition to the authentic Lebanese favorite foods, our festival will have live entertainment, Lebanese Dabkeh dancing by our children, youth & adult groups, Samba Dance, DJ, and a large celebration for us and for our visitors.

Catholic Charities Program Presentations 2 of 4: These presentations are presented by our staff experts at Catholic Charities to best share what we do, volunteer opportunities available, ways to partner, and learn the needs of those we serve. Our Program Presentation 2 of 4 includes: Foster Care and Adoption, Unaccompanied Minor Program, MANA House, Foster Care Charitable Tax Credit information and a tour of our veteran transitional housing shelter. Spiritual Reflection: Prayer, Discipleship and Mission: In our busy lives and myriad obligations of work, home, family, friends, etc., we may not spend much time reflecting on life itself as Catholics. In this morning of reflection, Fr. Alex Juguilon, osc, will lead us in an interactive discussion on how we can deepen our lives of prayer, discipleship and mission. The Crosiers invite you to join us for this spiritually enriching morning beginning with 8 a.m. Mass followed by refreshments and the program.

Red, White & Blue Mass: Please join us for the 9th Annual Red, White & Blue Mass to be celebrated at St. Anne Roman Catholic Parish in Gilbert, Arizona on Sunday, November 10th, 2019 at 11:00 am. The Sacrifice of the Holy Mass will be offered for Veterans, Reservists, Guard, and Active Duty Service Members. Holy Mass will begin promptly at 11:00 am. There will be a second collection taken to assist the Archdiocese of the Military Chaplain's programs. A reception immediately follows the Mass in the Parish Hall. All are welcome!

Citizenship Preparation Classes: The Crosiers in Phoenix are hosting their next series of citizenship classes from 10 a.m.-Noon on Saturdays, Nov. 16, 23 and 30, 2019 at Crosier Village, 717 E. Southern Ave. in Phoenix. Classes are FREE but donations are greatly appreciated. The series will be conducted in English. This course helps students learn the basics to become a United States citizen by studying for the U.S. citizenship test and preparing for the interview. It also helps students develop the skills necessary for passing the test. If you are interested in attending, we ask that register in advance as seating is limited. Please register via the "Register (Individual)" button and complete the form. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Clases para la Ciudadanía: La comunidad Cruzada de Phoenix está organizando su serie de clases de ciudadanía para aquellos interesados en aprender los conceptos básicos de convertirse en un ciudadano de los Estados Unidos, y para aquellos que deseen desarrollar sus habilidades en inglés. La serie tiene una duración de sábados consecutivos en 16, 23 y 30 de noviembre, 2019. La información proporcionada incluirá la preparación para el examen y la entrevista. Living a Life Led by the Holy Spirit - A Single Day Retreat with Fr. Dave Pivonka, TOR: Come and learn a new way of relating to the Holy Spirit through your own unique encounter. Fr. Dave Pivonka, TOR will take you on a journey through Scriptures that convinced him to pursue a life in the Spirit and show how God's Spirit is present and active in our everyday life! Father Dave Pivonka, TOR is currently serving as President of Franciscan University at Steubenville and is an evangelist who speaks around the world. He is also the author of several books - the most recent being, Breath of God. He also is responsible for the Wild Goose, a 14 part video series on the relationships with the Holy Spirit.
Retreat includes: lunch, talks, confession, praise and worship with Ezekiel, and Mass at 4pm.

50th Anniversary Mass: You and your loved ones are invited to join us for a Diocesan-wide Mass to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix. Immigration Legal Consultations: This service is offered for people with questions and concerns about immigration issues relating to citizenship, permanent residency, replacement or renewal of documents, petitions and Visas. Completion of applications or petitions will not be provided at this session, however, individual appointments may be made. The consultations will be conducted by an immigration attorney on Dec. 7 from 10 a.m.-Noon p.m. at Crosier Village in Phoenix, AZ 85040. Registration for 2020 Pueri Cantores Phoenix Youth Choral Festival & Mass: Pueri Cantores, the national student choral organization of the Catholic Church, invites all parish and school treble choirs in the Diocese of Phoenix and neighboring dioceses, to participate in a Festival and Mass for singers in grades 4-8 on February 1, 2020 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Singers join together as one combined choir to sing a liturgical music repertoire spanning 1500 years - from Gregorian chant to music of the twenty-first century. School conductors will be offered 8 professional development credits by AFPC, corporate partner of NCEA. Register your choir by January 1!
