to Bishop Shlesinger, who personally committed himself to be with us last weekend in this time of transition.  

Bishop Shlesinger helped to address the concerns and needs of the parish, and also helped us to better understand what the future holds for St. Francis of Assisi  by conducting two Town Hall Meetings, as well as continuing discussions after other Masses throughout the weekend.  Thank you Bishop Ned!!!

Food Pantry Weekend

This weekend is the first weekend of the month, and therefore we will be collecting non-perishable goods for those in need in our community.  The need is especially great at this time, so please continue in being generous. 

KOFFEE KLATCH

Don’t miss an opportunity to get together to shoot the breeze, laugh, joke, play games and tell stories with your fellow parishioners.  Come to Marian Hall on Thursday at 2 pm……to be part of the fun!

Experience the presence and power of the Holy Spirit bringing alive the graces received at Baptism and Confirmation.  You are invites to “As By A New Pentecost” Seminar, on Nov. 2nd from 9am – 3:30 PM.

There is no charge for this event, and lunch will be provided.  This allows time for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and to attend the Vigil Mass.   Call (706) 897-8881 if you are interested, or need additional information.

Washing Instructions:  Because of artwork, wash on delicate cycle and hang to dry.
