SVDP Black Bag Collection this weekend—the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is dedicated to feeding, clothing, housing and healing individuals and families in our community who have nowhere else to turn for help. Provides meaningful opportunities for volunteers to serve their neighbors in need with love and compassion. Thank you for your generosity.
Thanksgiving Turkey - Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Let your Knights of Columbus handle smoking that turkey to perfection as you enjoy time with family, friends and football. The Knights will be selling their annual Thanksgiving turkeys for $45 each after each Mass on the weekend of November 16/17 only.
Wish Upon A Star - It is time once again to think about Christmas and our annual Wish Upon a Star campaign, sponsored by SAM Seniors. This program benefits children served by the Sacred Heart Social Ministry, children who have been helped through our St. Vincent de Paul Conference, and children in foster care.
Gift tags will be available in the narthex this weekend Nov. 16/17. Gifts should be returned to the church by Nov. 23/24 and Nov. 30/Dec. 1. This is the 10th year of this campaign, and we are confident the generous spirit of our parishioners will shine through once again.

Rehearsals for the Children’s Choir that will sing at the 4:00 pm Mass on Christmas Eve will begin soon! The choir is open to all youth grades 3rd – 8th. We would like to have a choir of at least 50 kids. Come and join us! Contact Tracy in the Parish Office at tracyoliver@stamericigh.com

Come, join us, form, decorate your Advent Wreath and make your candles with beeswax sheets! It will be a learning experience and an opportunity to go step by step to understand each part of the wreath. All wreaths will be blessed before leaving. All are welcome to join us.
