ADVENT: A TIME TO WALK IN THE LIGHT OF HOPE!
On the First Sunday of Advent last week, we heard a most HOPEFUL PROPHECY from ISAIAH (2:1-5). Open your bible and go read this amazing vision Isaiah has of Jerusalem: AN EVERLASTING PEACE! We all search for PEACE. We all search for an ideal place where there will be no more wars, no more battles, no more tensions, no more divisions, no more storms, no more struggles, no more insults, no more abuse, no more hurts ... Isaiah predicts that the Lord will gather people from all over the world into the ETERNAL PEACE OF THE KNGDOM OF GOD (Jerusalem). Tuesday
Join us on Tuesday mornings after the 9 am Mass
to study the readings for the next Sunday.
Wednesday
The Friday night scripture study
has been changed to Wednesdays.
They will be begin at 7:30, following the 7 pm Mass.
On November 13th the OLHOC Outreach prepared and served a nourishing, hot meal to those attending "Safe-Night" at Good Shepherd Church. Thank you to all who volunteered to help. We also thank Golden Corral for donating macaroni & cheese and Cracker Barrel for donating cole slaw.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to all who prepared and delivered 50 Thanksgiving baskets of food to those in need in our community on November 24th. Many enjoyed a very Happy Thanksgiving due to your caring!

Its that time to plan ahead for next summer's 2020 Life Teen Camp.
Camp Covecrest, located in the North Georgia Mountains, is an amazing and transformative week of fun, activities, time with friends, prayer and growing in your faith (i.e. high ropes, messy games, obstacle course, zip line, white water rafting, team building experiences, music, talks, reflections, Mass, Adoration & personal growth).
