New Music for A New Year
During January and February, we will be learning a sung version of the Lord's Prayer! Check out the video below to begin to learn how to sing the prayer Jesus taught us.

Other Announcements
Prayer Pals - We will be starting a Prayer Pal program. This is a CARD ONLY program.
Anyone from either church can participate. It's for young and not so young, male or female folks. The only requirement is that you commit to sending at least ONE CARD PER MONTH to your Prayer Pal. Cards can be delivered at church or sent in the mail.
We will be drawing Prayer Pals this Sunday, January 19th. If you are interested in participating and haven't filled out a form, please contact Mitzi Crowe at crowemitzi@yahoo.com.
SOUPer Bowl Details:
We are collecting: canned soup, crackers, chili ingredients (beans, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, chili spice packets, etc), canned pasta (spaghettios, ravioli, etc), dry pasta, and pasta sauce. Donations can be left at either church.
SOUPer Bowl Lunch - On February 2, there will be a homemade soup lunch following the Hopkins worship service. All donations will be used to purchase items for the food pantry.
We need your help with the meal. See the sign up sheets in HUM Hall.
Hopkins Worship Volunteer Sign Up - There are new sign up sheets in HUM Hall. Job descriptions will be on a pink flyer in next week’s bulletin.
We would love to have you participate in any role you feel comfortable.
Newsletter Changes By popular demand, we are returning to a longer newsletter that will be released every other month. During the transition period, the February newsletter will contain only the calendar and worship volunteers. The March newsletter will return to a longer format. Please submit any items for the March newsletter by February 15. Please submit them in writing.
