DSF 2020
Our 2020 Diocesan Services Fund (DSF) begins THIS WEEKEND. Christ calls us to serve one another and reach those who are sick or in need, to bless and serve them. Your compassion and generosity are needed by the Archdiocese. When you share your greatest gifts with the Lord, you enable us to reach out to people in this parish and throughout the entire Archdiocese through more than 60 important ministries. All registered parishioners will receive a letter from Cardinal DiNardo, along with a personalized pledge card, inviting you to Bring Your Greatest Gifts to the Lord. Pray about your DSF 2020 commitment, then complete the enclosed pledge card and return it via mail in the special envelope provided or bring it to Mass and drop it in the collection basket. If you prefer, you may go online at www.archgh.org/dsf to make your donation. Your generosity will allow our Catholic community to continue many vital programs and services. Our parish goal for this year is $305,000.
ST. JOHN OF THE CROSS FOOD DRIVE
This weekend, Jan. 25-26, we will be collecting donations of non-perishable food and personal care items. Donations will benefit St. John of the Cross Food Pantry in New Caney. Thank you for your continued generosity by contributing non-perishable grocery items to help those in need. (Please place your Food Donation in the Rotunda before Mass.)
ANNUAL BABY BOTTLE BOOMERANG (BOTTLE RETURN)
You may turn in your bottle at Mass this weekend, Jan. 25 & 26, or in the church office through February. All proceeds benefit the Gabriel Project and Birthright of Humble. Both ministries help women faced with a crisis pregnancy and provide emotional and financial support to ensure that a mother has all she needs to bring her baby home. We provide unconditional love and understanding to all who seek our help. Please make all checks out to “St. Martha Catholic Church”. Thank you for your support!
