This week we sent the children in the grades 1-5 classroom program home with a Lenten Planning Guide for their family. Look at the ideas linked below and make a plan! We also watched the Brother Francis video listed below on FORMED and introduced our Helping Hands for Haiti drive!
Helping Hands for Haiti:
Every year we ask the children to donate alms during Lent to sponsor one boy and one girl in Haiti. Talk with your child about how they can earn that money. I will have a tub to collect alms at the closing gatherings until our last class on March 29th/30th.
