November 6 at 11:00 am
November is the month when Catholics remember, in a special way, their loved ones who have died. These autumn months celebrate “the harvest” and become an opportunity for us to reflect on “the great harvest” when God will gather His faithful people into His loving arms. Each of us remembers loved ones who were called home this past year. We give thanks to God that He has blessed us with such wonderful people in our lives.
Our parish celebrates a special Mass in November in which we remember the members of our parish who died in the past year and had their funeral Masses or parlor services celebrated by one of our parish priests. Our parish has lost some wonderful people in the last year, but we pray that our loss is heaven’s gain.
The Mass for the Faithful Departed will be celebrated on Sunday, November 6 at 11:00 am Mass. Please attend this Mass if you are able to do so. We will also have the Book of Remembrance out and ready for you to inscribe the names of your loved ones who have passed away.
We are hosting our annual ‘Holly Berry Bazaar’ on November 5, 2016

Holy Hour for Vocations
Come to a Eucharistic Holy Hour for Vocations on Friday, November 4 at 6:30 pm in the church. We will pray for people who are discerning a call to holy orders, religious life, and marriage, as well as the health and vibrancy of all priests, religious, and families. Christ has called you to holiness, so come adore him as you respond to his invitation for your life and pray for others to accept his call! Come let music, communal prayer, and silence bring you to adore our Lord Jesus Christ in the Eucharist! Fr. Scott will preside and preach a short sermon.
