Dear Friends,
Out of an abundance of caution for all our parishioners and the common good, I have made the decision to POSTPONE the Annual Neighbor to Neighbor Dinner that was originally planned for Saturday, March 14, 2020. The new date for the event has yet to be determined.
Social distancing and maintaining more-rigorous-than-usual personal hygiene may be an inconvenience, but perhaps it’s also a way for us to live out the command of Jesus to love our neighbors as ourselves.
For those who purchased tickets for the Neighbor to Neighbor dinner, you can either keep your tickets, which will be honored when the event is rescheduled, or you can turn in your tickets for a full refund. Winners for the basket raffle will be drawn and contacted by the parish staff.
The Mass schedule remains unchanged pending further notice from the bishop. If you have not already done so, please read the letter from Bishop McManus regarding steps that have been taken to limit the spread of viruses at Mass.
I would like to thank all parishioners who have come forward to assist in cleaning the church pews. Your efforts are appreciated.
In the peace of Christ,
Fr. Nick
