Dear Xavier Catholic School Families,
In anticipation of potential restrictions that may prevent teachers and students from accessing schools, Xavier Catholic Schools want to allow families and teachers into the building yet this week. Out of an abundance of caution, times have been changed from the originally communicated window of time next Wednesday March 25.
Teachers will need to enter the building to pick up essential materials and their laptops today, Thursday March 19 by 8:00 p.m.
Students or their parents (PK-5) may come tomorrow, Friday March 20 from 11:00-1:00, to pick up materials, devices, medication, or any other essential items, as well as to return any library books that will no longer being used. With the understanding that school closure could extend beyond Easter -- please plan accordingly. Also, while we so greatly enjoy one another's company, please resist the temptation to linger and chat. In the interest of health and safety, please collect your things and go without delay.
In order to maintain social distancing recommendations, please do your best to use the following guidelines (alphabetical by last name):
11:00 - 11:30 A-F
11:30 - 12:00 G-L
12:00 - 12:30 M-R
12:30 - 1:00 S-Z
If you have students in more than one school, please plan accordingly. Administrators, staff and limited faculty will be on hand in accordance with social distancing recommendations.
If you have recently traveled outside the state OR have any symptoms of illness, we ask that you do NOT come into the building. You are encouraged to complete the form below to arrange pick-up of items.
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THESE TIMES: In the event you can not make it to this pick-up time (and knowing we may not be able to offer our originally-scheduled pick-up time next week), principals will gather your items and bag them to be picked up or delivered at a later time. Please complete this form by 10:00 a.m. Friday morning to let us know what needs to be assembled,
FORM FOR MATERIALS PICK UP is below.
