30 Minute Challenge! Just because COVID-19 is keeping us away from PE at school, does not mean that we have to stay away from being active! I am presenting the 30 minute challenge for 4 year old through fifth grade students at St. James. On Mondays and Wednesdays choose an option from the PDF on the side of this flock note to do for 30 minutes each day. Activities can be done alone or with family members. The student can come up with their own creative way to move as well. At least once a week please send me a picture or video on flock note or post on the St. James Physical Education facebook page to show me how you are moving! Moving every day is even better but try to make an effort on our usual PE days which are Mondays and Wednesdays. I can't wait to keep up with all of the exercise you are doing!

I will be available for questions or to chat about any concerns or comments you may have on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00am-3:00pm. You can reach me through Flocknote, the St. James PE Group on Facebook, or email and phone.
