Dear St. Matthias family,
While we cannot physically be together, we are still in communion with one another through thought and prayer. As St. Matthias parishioners, we openly share our love of Christ. And we now have a unique way to display it in front of your home.
With a spirit of connectedness to all of humanity and a sense of unity in our church family during a time of crisis, these yard signs remind us of our mission that WE ARE CALLED: as individuals, as families, as neighbors and as a faith community, to love one another in full awareness that we are ALL bound together by the serenity of an ever-present and ever-loving God.
Please order your sign through the form in the online bulletin, or drop off your order in the rectory mail drop. With a suggested cost of only $10 per sign that will be delivered to your yard, we can put on display as many as possible in our community... a sign of hope, a sign that our mission continues in times of hardship, and a sign that the constant presence of God within us and around us can bring out the best of the human spirit during tough times.
40 days of the contemplation of Lent are coming to an end but our celebration of 40 years of discipleship continues. As disciples, WE ARE CALLED to continue to spread the good news and shine a light in the darkness because God is good ALL the time.
Please call or email with any questions. Thank you!
