2nd Annual OLL White Elephant Summer Sale for the Daughters of Charity Mission in Kenya.

The sale is tentatively scheduled for June 12-13. All funds collected will be used to help replace the truck used by the Daughters of Charity in Thigio, Kenya. You can help by putting aside new or gently used items for our Summer Sale. Sports equipment, outdoor & garden items, tools, electronics, entertainment, furniture, household items, decors, baby/kids, arts and crafts/seasonal items, phones, and kitchen items are all great for the sale. Note: We are not able to accept clothing. If you can donate a car in good, working condition please call Mary Dudas at 919-602-7951.

As soon as our Church and community activities resume at Our Lady of Lourdes, we will schedule times for drop off and pickup for your gently used sale items. If you need to arrange a drop off or pick up before then call Sr. Mary to arrange a time. "The Feast of the Ascension, sometimes known as "Ascension Thursday" is traditionally observed the 40th day after Easter. However, in many dioceses

across the United States, this feast has been transferred to the nearest Sunday.

In Raleigh and at OLL we will celebrate it Sunday, May 24th,

hopefully with Masses, but waiting on word for that. God Bless!"
