St. Mark's University Parish has an immediate opening for a part-time office manager to perform bookkeeper, payroll and purchasing duties. This position is 6-8 hours per week, and compensation is commensurate with experience. Some duties can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities include:
• General ledger and reporting
• Accounts Payable
• Payroll supervision
• Ordering supplies
• Tax reporting
• “Together in Mission” program administration
• Maintain Capital Campaign records and reporting
Required:
• Minimum 4 years of book keeping experience including accounts payable, G/L, and financial reporting
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Knowledge of Quick Books Pro
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of church/non-profit accounting procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and other office technologies –Excel and Word
