Holy Rosary, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal and St. Patrick will join together to form a new parish with a new name in July 2020. To better make that transition with respect to the Faith Formation of our youth, we are conducting this survey to solicit the thoughts and opinions of all our parishioners.
