We are excited to announce we will be (Re)Opening our parish in the coming days.
Remember: We pray for the sick at every Mass, but those who are sick or at risk of this Pandemic should stay home. Sunday obligation remains lifted so that all those who should remain home or those who are not ready to come back to church may join us spiritually and virtually.
Our first Weekend together will be on May 30th and 31st on the Solemnity of Pentecost. We will be sending you an email this week on how to participate (pre-registration will be needed) and what to expect when you come to church next weekend.
Weekday Masses will resume this coming Monday on their regular schedule Monday through Wednesday at 8:30 am (please note Mass on Memorial Day will be at 9 am at the Cemetery)
Masses and Liturgies will continue to be available on Facebook Live and on our parish website.
So, as you come to mass during the week Please...
1. Maintain social distance of 6 feet or more at all times. Immediate families may, of course, sit closer. This also applies to standing in line for communion or even when entering or leaving the church.
2. Wear a face mask or covering at all times except during the reception of Holy Communion.
3. Do not ask people to "slide down a pew" - since you would then be touching shared surfaces which have not been cleaned. Also, do not use pews which have been blocked off from use in order to maintain sufficient social distance.
4. Use hand sanitizer whenever requested to do so.
5. Follow the directions of the ushers - this includes waiting to get into line for receiving communion until the usher has directed you to do so, in order to maintain 6 foot distances between families in the aisle.
