St. Vincent de Paul
SVDP 5th Sunday Collection
This weekend, May 30 & 31 there will be a second basket for St. Vincent de Paul at all the Masses in the WWPR.
SVDP Bundle Sunday Information
St. James of the Valley Conference will have the SVDP truck in the parking lot on
Saturday, May 30 Noon - 6:00 pm
Sunday, May 31 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
OLR/STM Conference Needs
While the federal stimulus and unemployment funds have been beneficial, many of our neighbors have been without a paycheck and are facing tough decisions. The OLR/STM pantry has currently been keeping up with demand but needs to be proactive as the summer months will be a busy time. If possible the OLR/STM SVDP Conference is in need of the following donations.
Canned Goods: black, white & kidney beans, dry beans in bags, mixed vegetables, fruit, ravioli, spaghetti.
Prepared Foods: pasta sauce, peanut butter, jelly, oatmeal (instant), cereal, pancake mix, syrup.
Household Essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, toothpaste/brushes.
As always, thank you for helping your neighbor in need. The people we serve are very grateful.
Mass Signup Update
MASS SIGNUP UPDATE
We are still taking signups for all our Masses through the end of August. Links to the signups can be found on our website:wintonwyomingpr.org/...or by clicking on the button below. At this time, if there are still open slots within 48 hours of a particular Mass, we are allowing parishioners to sign up for more than one weekday Mass.
If you are planning to attend multiple Masses during the week, we do ask that you be considerate of those who only have an opportunity to attend on the weekend due to work and family schedules. We want all of our parishioners who wish to participate to have the ability to do so. All signups are able to be edited and/or deleted should you find that your schedule can or will be changed.
Please remember that the Catholic faithful in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati continue to be dispensed from the obligation of attending Sunday Mass. Those who are at risk or fearful that they or their family might get sick, please continue to participate with us via our live-stream Masses on Facebook.
If you are unable to use the Signup Genius or know of friends or neighbors who do not have computer access, please let them know that they can call the church office to sign up.
Confession Schedule: May 2020
Confessions will be offered in a socially safe way for the month of May:
- Mondays in the parking lot at St. James from 4 PM to 6 PM (Fr. McCullough)
- Tuesdays in the parking lot at St. Matthias from 5 PM to 7 PM (Fr. Lambert)
Spanish Mass will also be offered every Thursday in May at 6 PM
