Dear Friends,
In this month dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we continue to pray daily for the restoration of the Sacramental life for all. Only the Eucharist brings unity and communion. We are praying that the Lord's peace would reign in our culture, in the world and in each individual heart. May every human life be reverenced.
Know of our prayers for each of you! Please let us know if you have specific prayer intentions and we will include them in our prayers this month.

Sidewalk Advocacy Virtual Basic Training 2.0
DutchessNY4Life invites all to attend Sidewalk Advocates for Life’s comprehensive, nationally-renowned Sidewalk Advocacy Basic Training 2.0 from home. After a commitment of approximately five hours, you will become a trained Sidewalk Advocate! You can watch the videos all at once or spread them out over a few days.
Sidewalk Advocates for Life employs peaceful, prayerful, loving, and law-abiding outreach outside of abortion centers to aid mothers in crisis and connect them with life-affirming resources in the effort to save their pre-born children and end abortion. With this new, virtual training option, you can quickly learn how to peacefully and effectively extend Christ's love to abortion-minded women and men, on and off the sidewalk.
Upon receipt, one of the local program directors will be in touch with next steps for accessing the online training. Contact Maureen if you have questions: dutchessny4life@gmail.com.

A Spiritual Bouquet with St. Joseph, Patron of Fathers
Father’s Day provides a beautiful opportunity to pray for and honor fathers. However, it can also be a difficult holiday for some, such as those who have lost their own father, those who have lost a child, and those who are struggling to have a child.
We invite you to join in entrusting your intentions to the intercession of St. Joseph, Patron of Fathers, this Father's Day (June 21st). We also encourage you to offer prayers and sacrifices as a way to honor St. Joseph for his own example of embracing the call to fatherhood amid difficult circumstances. Despite all obstacles, he was faithful, welcoming the life of the Christ Child and offering care and protection to both Mary and Jesus. For suggested prayers visit the USCCB website; www.respectlife.org/fathers-day-activity
