We know this has been a difficult year for our high school and college Grads. Fr. Nick and staff would like to recognize our graduating seniors with a special blessing. If you have a grad, please respond to this email and we can arrange a time to drive to your house and offer a socially distanced blessing as we would love to surprise them! What is a grief burst? It is an emotional response to a situation or memory that can take you by surprise. This time of pandemic has brought many emotions to the forefront and they can be difficult to understand and process. Most people are grieving something whether it be the loss of a routine, relationship, graduation, a job, or saying goodbye to a loved one, just to name a few.

John and Sandy O'Shaugnessy from Good Mourning Ministry have created a video series to help address these issues. You can find these short five minutes videos on YouTube. They are designed to help people recognize their emotions in relation to their losses. The videos will help you better identify your feelings and show
