Having masses said for a loved one at Resurrection Church is a noble and ideal way to honor a deceased person. There is a beautiful tradition in the Catholic Church of offering masses for the soul of a family member or friend. We encourage all Catholics to properly mourn the loss of a cherished relation or friend by having a mass said in our parish. The name of the deceased is announced by the priest at the mass and published in the Sunday bulletin.
15. We pray for the deceased of our parish especially Margaret Anne Leahy, Grace Croes, Richard G. Mascali, Yukio Ishizuka, and Robert George Hueffed Sr.
16. We pray for all who have been adversely affected by the coronavirus.
God bless you and thank you most sincerely for your patience and kindness during the quarantine. The long drought of no mass and no communion is over!
