Dear Pax Christi Parishioners:
It was amazing to see so many people at Mass last weekend, we were particularly excited about the number of people who watched the live stream Sunday Mass and then came inside for Communion afterward. Thank you for your patience and kind words of support. As a reminder, we will continue to live stream Mass indefinitely.
Fr. Sauer will celebrate his first Mass at Pax Christi via live stream on Wednesday, July 1; information about Masses on July 4 and 5 will be available on June 30. This message contains information about attending Mass this weekend and a change to our registration process.
Last week we learned of a flaw in the registration system; it mistakenly registers a single person to attend multiple Masses. The company we're using is aware of the problem and has shared a solution. Due to this error, the number of attendees at a particular Mass may fluctuate. You will notice a change to the registration process that now requires you to type your name and contact information when registering for Mass, we hope this takes care of the problem.
You may notice that we're holding 10 spots at each Mass this weekend. This is to accommodate last minute changes with liturgical ministers and any mistakes that might happen. We don't plan on doing this indefinitely, but will continue that practice for this weekend.
Below, please find the links to register for Mass and the guidelines for attending Mass, which will also be in this weekend's bulletin. If you've already registered for Mass, you do not need to do so again. These links are for anyone who isn't registered for this weekend and hasn't attended Mass in June yet. All are welcome to watch the live stream Mass at 8am in our parking lot on your phone, and come in for Communion at approximately 9am.
Peace of Christ,
Jessica Scully
