Brothers and Sisters, I hope you have been taking advantage of the many resources and online meetings offered at St. Francis. If your spiritual life has not been what you would like, maybe something new would help. We have two new offerings this month:

Bible Study on Peter

This Lectio series from Formed.org combines Bible Study and meditation to learn about our first pope. St. Peter is both inspiring and confounding to many of us. How could a stubborn and impulsive fisherman become the "rock" upon which Jesus would build his church? In Lectio: Peter Dr. Tim Gray gives a fresh perspective that is informative and relevant.

The 10-week study begins on Monday, July 13 at 10:00 as a Zoom meeting. Paul Sanfilippo is the facilitator. Study guides can be downloaded for free at formed.org or purchased for a donation of $10 each.

Catholic Saints - Study Group

The saints are one of the great treasures of the Catholic Church. They inspire, give us hope, and intercede for our needs. Get to know our brothers and sisters in the Church Triumphant with this study group. A different saint is explored every two weeks. You will learn about their lives, struggles, and faith - and read their words. You will share your thoughts about the saints and how they inspire you.

The series begins on Tuesday, July 21 at 7:00 p.m. as a zoom meeting. Nicole Byers is the facilitator. There is no cost for this program.
