This week, we added new Mass times and opportunities for Confession. We are re-opening the Cathedral's ministries, but cautiously, as we are confident in our capacity to do so safely.
This week, we also celebrated the first of several First Communion celebrations for our students, with our students and their families spread out across the Cathedral. I look forward to celebrating the rest of our First Communions next week. Please pray for our young students to grow in love for the Lord as they join us at His table.

Thank You for Supporting the Red Cross
Our parish community was very generous in supporting the American Red Cross blood drive in the cafeteria on June 25-26. Altogether, you donated 85 units of blood to the Red Cross, which could help as many as 255 patients.
It won't be a surprise that our hospitals presently face an ongoing critical need for blood product donations. If you were not able to donate in June, please sign up for our upcoming Christian Broder Blood Drive on August 10th:

An outreach of the Franciscan University of Steubenville, the Steubenville Conferences help people encounter the love of Christ and grow as His disciples. Since the conferences can't gather in person this summer, you can join "Steubenville Live" and "Night of Hope", the very first virtual Steubenville Conferences.
If you’re over Zoom classes and meetings, don’t worry – they will both be live-streamed and completely interactive. Steubenville Live is primarily for teens and their families and Night of Hope is for adults, but all are welcome! With tens of thousands of people tuning in to encounter the life-changing love of Christ, these could be the biggest Steubenville Conferences ever!
