The March 9 meeting of the Women of St. Francis will be held at 7:00 PM in Johnson Hall. The scheduled speaker is Laura Forgrave. Laura, a certified group fitness instructor, teaches us how to tone up, stretch, and break a sweat while sitting in a chair! “Sit & Get Fit” Chair Fitness is for people of all ages. We will learn a variety of non-impact exercises for upper and lower body to improve circulation, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility while stretching from the comfort of a chair. March donations include pasta/macaroni and cheese/scalloped potatoes.
Donations for the Spring Bingo Party may be brought to the meeting as well.
