All Saturday evening and Sunday Masses are being held in the church parking lots on the published Mass schedule except when thunderstorms threaten, in which case the public Mass will be cancelled. (The priest will still say the Mass, but out of public view). To hear the parking lot Mass from your car, you can use your phone to to listen via ZOOM. This Monday, July 27, DAILY Masses resumed indoors at each of our churches. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, being indoors looks different. Here's what you need to know:
- Doors to the church open 30 minutes prior to the start of Mass and close immediately after Mass
- A basket is available at the entrance of the church for anyone who wishes to drop a paper with their name, address, and phone number on it in case they would like to be notified in the event of a COVID-19 exposure.
- Face masks are required to enter the church and are required to be worn while in the church.
- Hand sanitizer is be available at the doors of the church; please use.
- Social distancing of six feet must be maintained from anyone not of the same household.
- Seating is be limited to certain areas in the church.
- All pews will be labeled as either “A” or “B” and only “A” pews or “B” pews will be able to be used for a particular Mass.
- Once seated, all are expected to remain in their seat.
- Votive candles, side altars, cry rooms, and confessionals are all be closed or unable to be used.
- Restrooms are be available for emergency situations.
- The distribution of Holy Communion will take place after Mass.
- After you receive Holy Communion, please do not return to your pew and do leave the church immediately.
