One of our ministries at Ablaze is
Encounter, which is a series of nights focused on prayer in Eucharistic Adoration and praise and worship. These are powerful events that typically open with a talk or testimony on a specific aspect of our Catholic faith before moving into Adoration. Over the past few months, we have been sharpening our vision and our goals for this prayer ministry.
We have heard some amazing feedback from these events and can't wait to see what else the Holy Spirit has in store for this ministry:"My experience at Encounter was the closest I have felt to God in a long time. I'm a child of God! I feel like God really touched me when we sang and stood before Him.""Powerful presence of the Holy Spirit. Thank you for the witness talk, the incredible music, and the reverence in the presence of our Almighty Lord! Loved it.""So grateful for this time of prayer in the presence of God. Always come away changed and renewed."The next
Encounter event is a special Pentecost Vigil Mass on Saturday, June 3rd. Similar to the Easter Vigil, this is a mass with prayers specifically for the Church's celebration of Pentecost. Adoration with praise and worship will follow the mass that evening! Please keep this specific event and the Encounter ministry in your prayers. If you can make it, we would love for you to join us at the Pentecost Vigil. Learn more
