Our Blessed Mother Mary shows us how to trust in God. It is through her yes, we that we have come to know him. Her faith in God is a model for us and the Church and always leads us to her loving son, Jesus Christ. The Assumption of Mary celebrates her participation in the new life given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ. It is the celebration of our hope in the future. By putting Christ at the center of our lives, we hope to live in eternity with him. Please pray for us, O Virgin Mother.
