Also, I would like to let you know that my associate, Carole Zerhusen, who has helped me so much throughout the years with her beautiful penmanship in addressing the monthly envelopes for the Spiritual Mothers who do not have a computer, has had some health issues. She had trouble eating and lost some weight. She went to a couple of doctors and one did an in-office procedure of stretching her throat. But when they looked deeper into her throat, the doctor noticed a mass in her esophagus. He suggested that she get radiation and chemo to shrink the mass. She then had to have a feeding tube put in her stomach because they didn’t take the mass out. The cancer may spread if they tried to take it out. She is doing very well with all of this. Some good news, somewhat good news, is that there are two types of this cancer, and she has the better one. This type of tumor has a 70-80% cure rate! So in the coming weeks, she will start radiation every day for a while along with the chemo treatments.
I am telling this to you all for your prayers to our Blessed Mother for her perfect cure. I hope to give updates of her coming treatments and some good news stories. She has a great devotion to our Blessed Mother of the Miraculous Medal and feels that she has a long life ahead of her to promote the Blessed Mother to others. She already had an opportunity in the hospital in getting a nurse, who has stopped going to Church, to look for the Rosary her mother gave her and start praying it again. We hope for many more episodes of these good news stories.
God bless you all,
Mary Anne Gronotte
