The Diocese of Worcester Insurance Agent is Sullivan, Garritty and Donnelly Insurance Agency, 10 Institute Road, Worcester, MA 01609, 508-754-1767 and the vehicles are insured by Commerce Insurance Company.
You do not need to use the Diocesan Agent or Insurance Company to insure the parish or school vehicle but the vehicle must have the following coverage:
Comprehensive Automobile Liability
$500,000/$500,000 Bodily Injury
$500,000.00 coverage per occurrence-maximum for a single claim
$500,000 aggregate-maximum for the policy term. So this policy will never pay more than $500,000.00 total for any policy year in liability claims
$250,000.00 Property Damage to Others
$500.00 Deductible – Comprehensive
$500.00 Deductible – Collision
SECOND INSURANCE POLICY
