As promised during this weekend's homily, below are Election “guides” and a 40 Days of Prayer for Our Nation guide. 

I encourage you to take the time to give attention to both. As we move toward our nation’s elections, national, state, local, it is our duty and blessing as Americans and Catholics to inform our consciences with the truth, beauty and good that Christ hands on to us through His Church, as we discern God’s will for His people and head to the polls.    

Remember, this guidance is not based upon partisan politics and candidates, but principles…principles founded upon the Word of God and the Church that Jesus Christ established to lead us in this life and into the life of heaven.
