SUBJECT: Cathedraticum Tax and Parish Annual Reports 2020,
FY2021 Budget

Every parish is required by Bishop McManus to submit the following reports to the Office of Fiscal Affairs for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2020:
Reports: Due Date:
1. Cathedraticum Tax Report September 30, 2020
2. FY 2019 Parish Annual Report October 31, 2020
3. FY 2020 Budget October 31, 2020
Note: It is required that your parish school also submit financial reports. Two items will need to be submitted:
- A copy of the school's 2019-2020 financial results
- A copy of the school’s 2020-2021 budget.
These reports must be submitted to the Catholic Schools Office by October 31st.
The forms for reporting the Cathedraticum, annual financial and budget reports are attached, along with the guidelines for preparation. If you have your own annual or budget report formats, you may send your forms instead of the forms provided.

Please complete the reports, include your signature, your finance chairperson, and the bookkeeper’s signature and send to the Finance Office.

Special Note – If you have not already done so, please get your PPP Loan information to Fiscal Affairs. This information is needed for the year-end audit. If you did not receive a PPP Loan or already sent this information, please disregard this request.
