COVID-19 has changed our lives in significant ways. These changes have brought stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and feelings of isolation for many. Jesus calls us to love and support one another. “Come unto me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matt 11:28) Please join us for an opportunity to share your concerns and receive support from your community. You are not alone.
We are hosting two virtual gatherings of CARE for your Mind, Body & Soul through Zoom. Parishioners eighteen and older are invited to join together to share their personal stressors and learn how we might be able to provide support for your emotional and spiritual well-being during a time of stress and uncertainty. We have a team of parishioners with backgrounds in health, mental health, and our Catholic faith to share their expertise and facilitate these sessions.
Please click below to join one of the sessions listed above and you will be sent the Zoom link several days before the session begins. For questions, please call Diane Moriarty at 508-278-2226 or email her at dmoriarty@stmaryuxbridge.org. If you need support but are unable to join either session, please reach out to her as there are other options for support.
“Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.” (Matt 11:29-30)
