We welcome Fr. Ray to our parish! Fr. Ray teaches at the seminary in Newark, NJ, and will be celebrating the Triduum and Easter Sunday with us. Fr. Ray and I were classmates at the seminary and have known each other since 2007.
Beginning tomorrow evening, the church enters the holiest days of the year. The Triduum is the liturgy that leads us through the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus. I encourage everyone, even if you are unable to participate in Holy Thursday, Good Friday, or the Easter Vigil at the parish, to spend some quiet time in prayer. Let's be grateful for all that Jesus does for love of us.
For those able to join us for one or multiple days, here is the schedule; all events occur in the church:
Wednesday, April 12: Confessions - 5:30-7:00
Holy Thursday Mass: 7:00 pm.
*This will follow with adoration until midnight; feel free to stop by briefly to make a visit to our Lord.
Good Friday
Stations - 3:00 pm
Passion of our Lord - 7:00 pm
Easter Vigil - 8:30 pm
Have a blessed Triduum!
